Welcome to the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network's
Northeast Regional Office
We provide free and confidential business advising and free or low-cost business seminars to help you raise capital, start or grow your business in Massachusetts.
 
  Business advising areas and seminar topics include business plans, business startup, marketing and sales, financial management, export assistance and government contracting.
 
  Business assistance is available at our office in Salem at the Enterprise Center and at chambers of commerce and community colleges in Amesbury, Billerica, Gloucester, Lawrence and Lowell.
 
  Business seminars are held at the Enterprise Center in Salem and at community colleges in Beverly, Lawrence and Woburn.

A partnership program with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Massachusetts Office of Business Development under cooperative agreement SBAHQ-12-B-003 through the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.
